Let me just first say the staff at this hotel are incredible! We did not stay the night here but were booked at an Airbnb next to it. The Airbnb was an absolute disaster and the staff were so generous enough to help us out. They let us use their phone because we did not get data service in Europe. They assisted us with figuring out our luggage situation to get to the cruise terminal and even offered to hold our luggage so we can explore around Venice. We decided to have the breakfast at the hotel for an amazing rate! Nothing short of a spectacular service. The next time I come to Venice, I will be booking a room at the Hotel Tiziano. Thank you again to the staff!

The room was small but functional. The staff was friendly. It is a bit of a walk to the main sites. It is nice and quiet in the hotel area and near numerous small cafes and restaurants. A water taxi is easily able to get you to this hotel.

This hotel was beautiful and staff was super friendly!

Claudia and Stephano at the front were super nice and friendly. There is someone there 24 hours a day so you can always get assistance if you need it. Breakfast was simple, but their homemade muffins (chocolate and the one with the sugar pieces) were delicious! It is family run and you can see the love put into the hotel.

The rooms are beautifully appointed. We were originally offered the room on the top floor, but I need shower space and that shower has a shorter ceiling beam that can be an issue for someone a little taller (I'm 5'7").

The only real issue was that it seem soooo far from the main area. When we first arrived at the train station, we decided we would walk with our luggage.. What a mistake! The uneven floors combined with dead ends and tons of little bridges with stairs made the trip much longer than it should have been and we couldn't even just grab a cab.

The bright side was that we got a ferry to pick up our luggage and they were able to transport us as well. Saved us a lot of headache to walk and find the way back to the area where the buses are to take you to the airport.

This place was beautiful, staff was so helpful and friendly and breakfast was nice!
    You'll love it :)

Do not stay here. Yes the rooms are updated but there are too many issues with the people who run this hotel. My sister in law was given a first floor room that had drainage issues which coughed up dirt from the drain and soaked over onto their luggage.  The staff referred to their family by nationality rather by name. Our experience was just as bad. We had the do not disturb sign on our door while we went to breakfast. A construction guy came into our room to do work while we were out leaving the door open to our room without our permission!! The lady at the front desk said we have it. This place is a joke. If you want a secure place to stay don't stay here.

My wife and I stayed there a few days ago and had a great experience. The hotel is located outside of the busy tourist area and had a lot of charm. The restaurants near the hotel are frequented by locals and were delicious. If the small restaurants are not what you're into, Piazza Santa Margarita is a short walk away! The rooms were up to date, clean, and spacious. The staff was friendly and provided a nice breakfast every morning. Made for a great trip to Venezia! Grazie!
